Role objective and key accountabilities:
To ensure the efficient and cost-effective routing of VOX Solutions' telecom traffic while maintaining high-quality standards across all voice and messaging services. The Routing and Quality Specialist will be responsible for optimizing routing strategies, monitoring traffic performance, and identifying and resolving issues related to call quality, connectivity, and service degradation. This role will also involve working closely with network engineers, vendors, and other internal teams to implement best practices, reduce fraud risks, and continuously enhance service delivery to meet customer expectations in a dynamic telecom environment.
Reports to: Head of Routing - Voice
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support for sales and destination manager teams.
Ensure products meet established quality standards and company benchmarks.
Upload supplier’s price lists.
Perform testing, check quality and routing, using both manual and automatic tools.
Trouble tickets management and resolution.
Optimize routing based on quality and cost, focusing on top customers and key deals.
Monitor and troubleshoot routing issues to prevent and resolve network congestion or failures.
Perform daily reports.
Skills:
Service-minded, flexible, and analytical.
Responsible, detail-oriented person, able to prioritize and multi-task workload.
Fluent in English (writing and speaking).
Good communication skills.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position.
