Role Objective:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Routing & Quality Specialist to join our team in Bucharest. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing the routing of VOX Solutions' telecom traffic, maintaining high-quality standards across voice and messaging services, and working closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
Reports to: Head of Routing - Voice
Key Responsibilities:
Optimize routing strategies based on quality and cost, with a focus on top customers and key deal
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve routing issues to prevent network congestion or service degradation
Perform testing and quality checks using both manual and automated tools
Manage and resolve trouble tickets in a timely manner
Upload and maintain supplier price lists
Prepare and deliver daily performance reports
Ensure all products meet established quality standards and company benchmarks
Provide support to sales and destination manager teams
What We Are Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar telecom or routing role would be a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Service-minded, flexible, and proactive in approach
Day shift only
Hybrid role - 3 days in the office
