About the Role
VOX Solutions is scaling TrueSignal, a disruptive AdTech ecosystem that transforms real-time telco data into high-intent revenue. A critical pillar of this ecosystem is our Affiliate Marketplace, a performance engine that matches subscriber intent signals with global offers to drive high-yield CPL, CPA, and revenue-share outcomes.
As our foundational Affiliate & Performance Partnerships Manager, you will be the commercial "player-coach" responsible for building our performance marketing commercial function from the ground up. You will source high-margin brands, design business cases, and personally manage the lifecycle of performance campaigns . This is a "builder" role where you will initially handle end-to-end execution from contracting a neobank in Bolivia to optimizing a Nutra campaign in Vietnam before scaling a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Leadership & Brand Development
Vertical Strategy: Research and map the global landscape for high-value verticals including Finance/Fintech, iGaming, Health/Nutra, E-commerce, SaaS, and Travel .
Brand Sourcing: Own the entire business development cycle for the Affiliate Marketplace. You will identify, pitch, and contract brands—prioritizing those that are "under served" or aggressive in gaining market share.
Business Case Design: Calculate and design regional business cases, establishing CPA values and Rev-share percentages tailored to specific market nuances like Cash-on-Delivery (COD) or local regulatory constraints.
Negotiation: Establish performance-based commercial models that yield 10x–50x higher than standard CPM by leveraging unique telco triggers.
Strategic Account Management & Performance Leadership
Primary Partnership Contact: Act as the senior facing contact for global affiliate networks and direct brands, building long-term, ROI-driven partnerships.
Intent Strategy: Collaborate with brands to identify "In-Market" moments, matching their offers to specific network signals (e.g., triggering a travel offer the moment a roaming_ON event occurs).
Account Optimization: Lead post-sale communication, delivering performance analysis and driving renewals based on Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and Effective Cost Per Acquisition (eCPA).
Feedback Loop: Act as the "voice of the performance market" for Product teams to ensure our Intent Engine and Attribution Tracking meet the rigorous standards of top-tier affiliate marketers.
Initial Operations & Fatigue Management
Campaign Execution: Initially perform the hands-on configuration of campaigns, including setting up dynamic URL parameters, click tracking, and post back integrations.
Orchestration & Fatigue Control: Coordinate campaign pacing to ensure high engagement (targeting >5% CTR) while enforcing strict frequency capping to prevent subscriber ad fatigue and churn.
Operational Playbook: Document the "Affiliate Playbook" from offer validation to fraud prevention to standardize how we scale this pillar across 20+ emerging markets.
Team Building: Transition into hiring and leading a specialized Performance team as the marketplace volume grows.
What We're Looking For
Experience: 5+ years in the affiliate or performance marketing ecosystem (e.g., at an Affiliate Network, Performance Agency, or as an In-house Affiliate Manager).
Hybrid Profile: A rare blend of a "hunter" salesperson and an analytical strategist who understands the math behind a profitable CPA offer.
AdTech/Telco Fluency: Deep understanding of performance tracking and mobile-native channels (SMS+, RCS, Push Notifications).
Analytical Mindset: Expert at reading campaign data to identify high-converting segments and optimizing for "Verified Human Reach".
'Builder' Mentality: Proactive self-starter comfortable with the ambiguity of launching a new marketplace in fragmented markets like LATAM, Africa, and Southeast Asia.
