About the Role
VOX Solutions is scaling TrueSignal, a disruptive AdTech ecosystem that transforms real-time telco data into high-intent revenue. A critical pillar of this ecosystem is our Direct campaigns - a performance engine that matches subscriber intent signals with global offers to drive high-yield CPC and CPM outcomes.
As our foundational Media Business Development Partnership & Growth, you will take TrueSignal’s advertising business to the next level - evolving it from a high-potential unit into a strategic, scalable, and profitable business. You will be responsible for deepening relationships with media agencies and partners, while growing advertising revenue through always-on campaign strategies that convert visibility into measurable business impact.
You will act as the strategic and operational owner of key media partnerships, steering growth, optimizing performance, and elevating partner presence within the TrueSignal ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Build Strategic Partnerships with Global & Local Brands: Develop and nurture a very good level of relationships with both global players and emerging local brands. Create joint business plans that maximize visibility and performance within the VOX/Viva ecosystem.
Develop Strategic Agency Partnerships: Lead relationships with media agencies and holding groups by building frameworks for collaboration, measurement, and performance accountability.
Manage and Grow a Portfolio: Oversee a portfolio of brands and media agencies by supporting ongoing campaigns and identifying new opportunities to drive visibility and performance.
Support New Business Development: Contribute to pitch development, proposals, and presentations to convert new brand leads into active advertisers.
Identify Growth Opportunities: Use internal tools, data, market research, and professional network to identify high-potential brands and agencies, generate new leads, and drive opportunities within the ecosystem.
Drive Campaign Innovation: Proactively suggest creative campaign ideas and promotional mechanics aligned with brand objectives.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with operations teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and aligned with partner goals.
Own Always-On Campaign Strategy: Shape and optimize ongoing campaign execution across visibility, placements, seasonality, and targeting capabilities.
Manage Partner Relationships: Build and maintain strong day-to-day relationships with local brand partners and media agencies, becoming a trusted point of contact.
Revenue Planning & Delivery: Work closely with the Director of Client Services to plan, track, and deliver quarterly revenue targets.
What We're Looking For
You will be successful in this role by having a network of local brands and agencies that you can onboard for this new service
5+ years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, or brand partnerships (ideally within media agencies)
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities through data and trends
Proven experience managing complex agency relationships and multi-brand portfolios
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach—comfortable moving from high-level planning to execution
Data-driven, with the ability to balance analytical rigor and creative thinking
Passion for advertising innovation, technology, and transformation
Spanish speaker (mandatory)
