About the Role
VOX Solutions is scaling True Signal, a disruptive AdTech ecosystem that transforms real-time telco data into high-intent revenue. At the heart of this ecosystem is a mobile SDK that reads on-device signals, app opens, web visits, SMS events, roaming triggers — and converts them into consent-based, precisely targeted campaigns delivered through telco native channels. Our operator and publisher partnerships span LATAM, MENA, CEE, and APAC region, and we are building the revenue infrastructure to make True Signal the default monetization layer for mobile network operators globally.
As our Product Manager - Monetization & Growth, you will own the revenue dimension of the True Signal platform. This is not a coordination role, you will set priorities, run experiments, write the PRDs, define the business model mechanics, and hold the team accountable to commercial outcomes.
You will work alongside a co-PM who focuses on SDK integration and operator onboarding, and you will be the "voice of the market" inside the product team: translating advertiser demand, operator economics, and competitive intelligence into a roadmap that demonstrably drives revenue.
A background in AdTech is essential; experience in telecom or operator-facing products is a strong differentiator.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Roadmap & Commercial Prioritization
Revenue ownership: Define and maintain the monetization roadmap, ad formats, audience targeting capabilities, pricing models, and distribution channels with a clear line of sight to CPM, fill rate, ARPU, and campaign ROI.
Opportunity sizing: Identify, quantify, and priorities product bets based on revenue potential, operator readiness, and competitive positioning.
Commercial alignment: Partner with the Sales and Partnerships team to translate advertiser and operator feedback into concrete requirements; act as the product counterpart on commercial deals.
Backlog ownership: Write clear tickets, set acceptance criteria, facilitate sprint prioritization, and keep scope tight, your word is the single source of truth for what gets built and why.
Research & Experimentation
Market intelligence: Maintain a live view of the AdTech and telco landscape programmatic trends, DSP/SSP dynamics, emerging mobile ad standards, and competitor moves in operator monetization.
Experiment design: Propose and run structured product experiments: A/B tests on ad formats, targeting parameters, notification triggers, frequency caps, and conversion flows.
Customer proximity: Conduct regular interviews with advertisers, operators, and end users; translate qualitative insight into quantified hypotheses that feed the roadmap.
Signal amplification: Synthesize learnings quickly, share them clearly with the team, and update prioritization decisions accordingly — no insight should sit in a slide deck.
PRD Writing & Requirements
PRD authorship: Write clear, unambiguous Product Requirements Documents — problem statement, user stories, success metrics, edge cases, and explicit out-of-scope boundaries — for every significant initiative.
Requirement specs: Draft engineering-ready specs that developers can act on without follow-up clarification; own the document through build, QA, and release.
Living documentation: Keep all product artefacts (roadmap, specs, decision logs) current and accessible; treat documentation as a product in itself.
Stakeholder narratives: Prepare concise business reviews, investor materials, and partner briefings that tell a coherent story around traction, pipeline, and product direction.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Team Rhythm
Daily interaction: Work in tight daily loops with engineers, data scientists, commercial leads, and external partners — you remove blockers, surface risks early, and keep everyone moving.
Co-PM alignment: Sync regularly with your peer PM to avoid duplication, share learnings, and present a unified roadmap to leadership; the dual-PM model only works if both PMs communicate exceptionally well.
Feedback loop: Act as the voice of the performance market for the broader team — ensuring the Intent Engine, attribution tracking, and campaign tooling meet the standards that advertisers and operators actually require.
Team building: As the product function scales, contribute to hiring, onboarding, and levelling-up the PM discipline at True Signal.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
• Experience: 4–7 years in product management, with at least 2 years in AdTech, programmatic
advertising, or a closely adjacent domain (e.g., mobile marketing, DSP/SSP, attribution, MMP).
• Commercial instinct: You understand the business model implications of product decisions —
not just the UX ones. You have shipped features that directly moved a revenue metric.
• AdTech fluency: You speak CPM, CPC, CPA, frequency capping, audience segmentation,
campaign trafficking, attribution windows, and viewability without needing a glossary.
• Telecom / operator exposure: You have worked within, partnered with, or sold into mobile
network operators or telcos — you understand how operators evaluate third-party products,
structure revenue-share, and manage subscriber data.
• PRD quality: Your requirements documents are unambiguous. Engineers build from your specs
without constant back-and-forth.
• Analytical mindset: You are comfortable pulling data to validate a hypothesis. SQL or equivalent
is a plus; knowing what question to ask is non-negotiable.
• Builder’ mentality: You are comfortable with ambiguity, a fast pace, and markets that are still
being defined. You build process where it helps and skip it where it slows things down.
Bonus Points
• Hands-on experience with operator/carrier business models — carrier billing, A2P SMS, RCS,
or network APIs (e.g., GSMA Open Gateway).
• Prior work on privacy-preserving ad tech — contextual targeting, on-device ML inference, or
Privacy Sandbox equivalents.
• Active knowledge of MENA or CEE markets — our current commercial pipeline is concentrated
in both regions.
• Experience with push notification platforms, SMS A2P, or rich communication services
(RCS).
• Background working alongside an SDK or platform team in a B2B or B2B2C context.
