About the Role
As we continue to scale our business across Europe, CIS, MENA, Asia, and LATAM, we are building a world-class marketing team to accelerate growth through targeted campaigns, high-impact account engagement, and data-driven pipeline generation.
With ambitious growth targets for 2026, we are seeking a hands-on, results-oriented ABM and campaigns professional. You will own account-based marketing programms for strategic enterprise targets across our key regions, manage our full digital campaign portfolio, and ensure every campaign is tracked, optimized, and tied to pipeline.

Role Responsibilities:
• Define and execute ABM engagement strategies and playbooks for strategically identified enterprise accounts across Europe, CIS, MENA, Asia, and LATAM, in close partnership with Product Marketing and Sales
• Build and manage personalized, multi-stage email sequences targeting ABM buying committee members and broader prospect lists across target regions
• Execute targeted paid campaigns across LinkedIn, display, including account-specific retargeting tailored to regional buying behavior
• Commission and adapt custom content assets in short form (case studies, ROI analyses, and whitepapers), to support account engagement at key buying stages
• Own and manage the marketing automation platform (HubSpot or equivalent): workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, and list hygiene
• Govern CRM data quality and account enrichment processes for all target accounts, maintaining accuracy in close collaboration with Sales
• Manage a unified campaign calendar across ABM and digital programms, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics weekly, monthly, and quarterly (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Locker, etc.).
Key Performance Indicators:
Success in this role will be measured against the following KPIs:
Pipeline influenced: volume and value of opportunities generated or accelerated through ABM and campaign activity
Account engagement score: progression of target accounts through defined engagement tiers
MQL-to-SQL conversion rate: quality of leads passed to Sales from campaign and nurture activity
Email performance: open rate, click-to-open rate, and reply rate across ABM and nurture sequences
Paid campaign efficiency: cost per lead (CPL) and cost per opportunity (CPO) across LinkedIn and display channels
Campaign ROI: revenue influenced relative to total campaign spend, reported quarterly
Experience & Skills Criteria (Must Have):
5+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years in a dedicated ABM or demand generation role
Hands-on experience running end-to-end email marketing programme, from strategy and build through to deployment and reporting
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-channel campaigns (paid social, display, email) simultaneously across multiple regions or markets
Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent) including workflow building, segmentation, and lead scoring
Strong CRM proficiency (Salesforce or HubSpot CRM) with solid understanding of attribution models
Track record of partnering closely with Sales teams to influence pipeline and revenue outcomes
Strong analytical skills: comfortable deriving insights from dashboards, attribution reports, and A/B test results
Nice to have:
Experience in the telecommunications, carrier services, or enterprise SaaS industry
Familiarity with intent data platforms (e.g. 6sense, Bombora) and IP-targeting tools (e.g. Terminus, Demand base)
Exposure to ABM platform reporting and account-level analytics.
